Information paper on how the process to formulate and implement national adaptation plans can be supported in least developed countries
As countries enter the process of formulating and implementing their NAPs, this paper proposed a quick revision of the support available, covering technical, capacity-building, technological and financial assistance. It also details ways in which Least Developed Countries may be supported to manage the process, especially with additional information on various entities that may be solicited for this purpose, such as United Nations organizations, specialized agencies and other relevant organizations, bilateral and multilateral agencies.
